Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all Titanic Projects services, including Sport Report, NexusX, ImgenX, and OutlineX. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

This service is for users aged 13 and older only. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If we learn or have reason to believe that a user is under the age of 13, we will immediately suspend the account and permanently delete the account and all associated data. Parents or guardians who believe their child has registered an account may contact us at support@titanicprojects.com to request removal.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You may not share your account with others
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when registering

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post, upload, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users via messages or any other feature
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorisation
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the platform's security

5. Content Rules

AI-Generated Images (ImgenX): Images generated through ImgenX are created using OpenAI's DALL-E service and are subject to OpenAI's usage policies. You may not generate images that are illegal, explicit, harmful, or violate any third party's rights.

Uploaded Images (OutlineX): You must have the right to upload any images you submit. You may not upload images containing illegal content, copyrighted material you don't own, or images of individuals without their consent.

Messages (NexusX): Private messages must not contain hate speech, personal attacks, illegal material, or any content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• AI-generated images created on ImgenX are yours to use, subject to DALL-E's terms of service
• Titanic Projects retains no ownership of user-created content
• The Titanic Projects brand, logos, and platform design remain our property

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or service interruptions
• Third-party content or actions of other users
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your NexusX account settings.

Underage accounts: If an account is reported or flagged as potentially belonging to a user under 13, we will suspend the account pending verification. The account holder (or their parent/guardian) will be asked to provide proof of age. If no satisfactory proof is provided, or the user is confirmed to be under 13, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted across all Titanic Projects services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
